A great location for a weekend escape from the city. Close to Noble Falls, Mundaring Weir and the Swan Valley. Animals at the premises added another level of enjoyment.

It appeared from the advertising that the accomodation was stand alone, however it was a wing of the main house. It didn’t change the experience but was unexpected

Very friendly greeting on arrival. Fantastic location, rural setting felt like we were miles from Perth, very quiet and private, but close enough to restaurants /pubs Very Clean, good size room with tea and coffee facilities and a microwave

Lady not very friendly yelled at us on arrival as we went the wrong way to reception . Outdoor chair not safe broke as I sat on it . Cannot drive up to your room have to lug your cases and belongings along the path . No facilities for washing dishes , very cramped bench for making tea /coffee or preparing meal. Advertised as B and B we got bed but no breakfast.
