Cleanliness, Friendly and accommodating staff. Use of App for any requests and their corresponding prompt response. Location. Value for money!
Not enough space to move inside the room, small foldable table to put things on. This is ideal for short stays (1-2 days) but for longer where you have more luggage, it is a bit less spacious.

Room dirty.not enough towel.dispenser for soap and shampoo is broken.only 1 elevator is fubctioning.hairs of are present in the newly prepared bed.very untidy

When I got in the room was dusty and sheets weren't changed, no towels, soap and bidet were broken.

The room was clean.Wifi was good and checking in and out was smooth.

The room is clean and it has a hair dryer. Covenient location near sm lanang. Delicious food in the resto and good coffee. the bathroom was clean and has hot/cold shower.
The bed was so soft. the bathroom has no floor mat. the room is small. i hope toothbursh and toothpaste is included in the room and water.

Value for money and convenience
The sidetable in my room wasn't cleaned properly. The stains from previous occupants is still visible. They should have wiped it with a wet cloth.

no free drinking water, toiletries, toothbrush. didnt follow standing instructions to hv 4 rooms on same floor, room corridor smelt of durian which someone smuggled in. room table not conducive for work or meal, expected to sit on bed as chair.
