Location was ideal if you are planning all your activities at mall.

Rooms were dated, construction outside the room during the day, coffee pot hilariously messy to use.

Check in went well, elevators to rooms was slow with at least one elevator out of service. Location was great. Beds were soft.

When we first got to our room there was someone screaming go away hooker as loud as they could.

only 2 elevators working causing line ups. 5-10 min wait at peak times. Parking was at capacity, had to park around the corner from the hotel. Bed was not comfortable. You can feel every individual spring in it and it slopes to the middle. Hallway and room smelled like maharaja for the first night.

best location possible. fancy rooms makes you feel like you’re on a vacation.

only half the elevators were working, room was fairly chilly, was a wet spot in the carpet when we got there.

Convenient location, clean.

They need to sort out the elevator situation. I only saw two of four elevators running and the wait was horrendous. Once the elevator arrived it was already full of people and you’d have to wait even longer. We were on the 12th floor and found it much quicker to take the stairs down. Price is high, we didn’t stay in a theme room, so we paid a high price for convenience alone which was definitely less convenient due to the elevator problems.

Booked on booking.com was under the impression the $331.58 was the total cost for the one night. Turned in my room keys at front desk at around 8:00 am and had them call me a cab as I had to be at the hospital for surgery at 9:10. Was billed an additional $79.58 and $20.91 the next day. Not overly impressed at the extra $100.

It's quite shocking that the hotel is dependent upon WEM free internet and doesn't have proper internet connection to offer guests
