Location. The access to the chairs on the water is awesome.

No breakfast, no coffee! Only tea bags provided. I was furious in the am, I need coffee!
How can you not give coffee of some kind?! Only time this has happened. I drink only black coffee. Very disappointed. View was terrible, area bleak

- Comfortable Beds and a nice clean Wash Room
- Convenient location with a view from the Window
- No Tea available( Only coffee with couple of Sugar Sweetners)
- Poor Wi fi (No signal coverage and sometimes the network doesn't appear on the phone)

Beds were fine and lots of space.
One of the housekeepers is really rude and ignorant. The owner is no better and very unprofessional and told me that I should of cleaned the room.( and no it wasn't a mess by any means). They don't wash the blankets on the beds only the sheets and towels which is gross. Will never stay there again. And also got charged and extra 60 dollars because the front desk didn't bother to look at my reservation.

we loved the outdoor seating areas and the lovely nature surrounding the building! it was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and did a very good job cleaning the room. We had no issues getting toiletries, utensils, or some other necessities during our stay. Anna was especially sweet and very friendly and helpful to us during our stay! :) We were very happy there. :)
One of the staff member (sebastian i think was his name) was a little rude to us for no reason as we did nothing wrong during our stay. Also a little bit pricey considering you have to pay by the night, there’s no deals no matter how long you stay as we stayed for almost 3 weeks and had to
okay full price every night we stayed. :/

Good value for the money and clean. Location was good for us but it is a bit remote for normal tourist attractions. It is dated but we expected that. Overall it's a good place to sleep overnight.
For the price all was good. Would have expected better accommodations if the price was higher. Got what we expected for the price point

conveniently located 15-20min drive outside Halifax downtown, this motel is a great choice. It is clean & Louise at reception was friendly and gave great tips.

The room was clean and serviced daily.
Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.
Everything included was present and functioned.
The kitchenette is a welcome, functional, and inviting space.
Loved the view over the lake!
Great to have car access at door for loading and unloading.
Also, the outside deck sitting area is a nice bonus.
We were amazed by the presence of a kitchen towel, dish cloth, and dish soap.
Outside signage with missing letters and a rough, small-sized parking area projects a dubious image.
We had brought our own dishes/cutlery/cookware. We were puzzled about such a functional kitchenette
lacking these but we understand and weren't affected.

The room was dirty, hairs in the bathroom. No dishes in the kitchen.
It could have been cleaner. There could have been nicer bed covers.

Staff polite and helpful but don’t follow protocols by wearing masks indoors which makes me feel very uncomfortable
