Parking seemed limited and crowded

Great location

The lobby and desk were neat and tidy. The elevators were slow and no paperwork inside as to certification or inspections. Each time I used it I hoped it wouldn’t get stuck. The first impression of the room was fine but then it was noticeable that the room needed some upgrades. There is a huge rip /fold running the length of the room in the carpet, burn holes on the desk chair, the bathroom faucet was loose and dripped,,the shower head barely allowed water through as it so old and covered with lime.

The kids liked the pool the room was perfect size for a family of 5

There was lip marks all over the windows, the house keeper walked in to are room at 8am, and they would only give me one extra towel for a family of 5.

Pool and water slide was a hit with the family Breakfast was good

First day pool was overflowing and a bit cool - better the second day

Breakfast was good and the location. Air conditioner was not working but they give us a different one!

The window was broken

Lots of space.

Floor by the bed was wet. It was by the air conditioner.

we usually stay here, the location is 20 minutes away from everything. normally clean

mold in the washroom, no pressure in the shower, there were people Running up and down the hallways after 11 on the 4th floor, the front end staff reeked of BO, the pool was ice cold and slide isn’t being upkept.
