All of the staff that we interacted with were very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and very clean . I was pleasantly surprised at the good hot water and water pressure in the shower . The breakfast was much nicer than most other hotels I have been to.

A few things worth noting are that there are very few electrical outlets and none of them were convenient to the bed . In many of the answered questions on this website, it says that the deposit is $25, but it was actually $75. Perhaps this should be updated somewhere clearly. The tv worked, but not well. The picture was permanently tinted blue and fuzzy.

Comfortable, clean, nice staff and a pool

Pool was closed on day of birthday and i seen it listed no where that they clean the pool on Wednesday. Also it was down the entire day but they finished cleaning it early morning

ms, bridgett the young lady that works the counter was amazing. excellent she was very friendly, helpful. she sang to us and found my wallet and stayed late to make sure i got it back. thanks so very much ms. bridgett God bless you

i didn't like the shower, the bathroom floor was socking wet after every shower

Na een melding, dat de airco niet te regelen was en het veel te koud was in de kamer, ondanks belofte niets aan gedaan. Dat was bij een van de twee kamers, die we hadden geboekt (kamer 711). Douche was ook niet regelbaar helaas.

Personally, I didn't like the type of floor carpet.

The location was where we wanted to be for our activities.

The swimming pool was shut down and no one informed us of that until after check in. Total game changer because we have children that were so excited to swim. Answers to why the pool was closed were sketchy, we were told all pools in the vicinity were closed, to wake up and see the next door hotel had people swimming. No ice maker EXCEPT for the 5th floor. So if we needed ice we had to trek to the 5th floor. Poor girl fixing breakfast was completely overwhelmed by herself trying to accommodate 100 people. Ran out of everything quickly and she was working diligently to replenish for the entire hotel it seemed. The one lady with the long hair braids was nice and very helpful but otherwise, staff was not helpful. The shampoo MOUNTED ON THE WALL, which I found to be annoying was empty and was not realized until after I was in the shower. My husband called for more… 15 minutes later someone finally brings refills. Needless to say that was an incredibly long shower. Just multiple issues with being told “room won’t be cleaned unless you request it,” which is fine but how do we get fresh towels?? We could never find a housekeeper. We were done after the first night. The beds were so uncomfortable. Had it not been a convenient location and holiday weekend, we would have left. We won’t be back and this facility gives Hampton a bad name.
