The room was very clean. Breakfast was great we didn’t stay for lunch. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I’ll book again.

Balcony was smaller than pic view.

Room had ants from the previous guest and there were alot of them. I called to the front desk to get a room change or someone up there to spray and nobody ever came. This is very disturbing as a Diamond member. You couldn’t even throw trash away in the room because the ants would be all over it. Horrible stay!!!

Elevator was beyond slow

The room was super small and temp stayed at 72 degrees no matter what we did to the thermostat. The pull out bed was old, thin and every spring could be felt. This place's best years seem behind it as far as the rooms are concerned. It's like no Hilton I've stayed at before. The cook stopped serving omelets at 830am 1 day so we couldn't order. We came early the next day for him to tell us the omelet station isn't available on weekends. Next time we'll choose Embassy Suites similarly priced but way better on experience.

My whirlpool suite hot tub didn’t not work and the jets had old rose petals in them that came out during use.

I like the spaciousness of the room.

One of the elevators didn't work and neither did the ice machine. We stayed on the 5th floor so 1 elevator and no ice machine was a bit of an inconvenience.

It was clean my room was so nice. In I love my upgrade also the bed was so relaxing. I was sleep for a whole day.

The breakfast was to high didn’t eat there when I stay $19 for adults in $13 for kids. Was alittle to high for me

The area is the best part about it and it’s a great place for my fiancé and I to visit

I have never had a problem with the way the property nor the staff but this last time we were there I was charged $60 extra dollars for a reason I was never told for and the staff did nothing to help me with understanding what was happening with my credit card and I was basically just brushed off as if it wasn’t a big issue and it was very frustrating to have to deal with this situation because the staff overcharged me twice. So I called the corporate office to complain about how I was treated. My fiancé doesn’t have any desire to stay anywhere else but the Hilton however I would like to not ever go through the hassle with a couple of staff members who are not there to do the job they were hired to do.

I wasn't told there was a deposit and the room was already paid for I and my two children had to figure out how to get the money for it before they would give us our room card. I was luckily able to figure out something but we were exhausted after driving 6 hours and we were ready for bed..
