The ac in my room barely worked. We were hot all night but luckily we carry a fan. The restaurant and bar were both not in business for the stay, which is why we booked the place

The room was better than I thought and it’s very open, clean and amenity filled in the building.

The staff wasn’t too friendly but that’s really it.

Varying helpfulness of staff. We were not informed of facilities like water fountains and ice machines. Sometimes they would stuck a tray of water bottles by the front desk and be kind and happy to give water and coffee for the machine in the room- one lady reluctantly gave my boyfriend a water bottle from the fridge, 5 min later when I came to ask for a bottle she “went to the storage room” for 5 min letting me wait to get a fresh batch even though I saw she had more bottles in the fridge🤣 We were told when breakfast was only to come down the next morning hearing that their breakfast was really expensive - like unreasonable and no options so we went elsewhere for food. Unsustainable 1 use bottles, coffee and paper mugs. Why can’t we have real cups that gets washed? Especially if you are staying for days and you only get one of each thing per person..

The beds were too firm and the tv and toliet did not work. When I asked they said they would fix them and they did not.

The outside pool area was very relaxing for us. To sit outside with the lights and enjoy the nice breeze that was really nice.

Bathroom didn’t have vent fan so the bathrooms smells, shower steam, etc. wafted through the room.

The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The entire hotel was very clean. The drinks were great. There were lots of parking for handicap.

Have extra cover in rooms.

Everything went smoothly. Staff helpful and attentive. The property was well kept. My room was clean and comfortable. I had noisy guests next door, but that's not the hotels fault. The location was great and not too far from the main attractions. I would definitely recommend it.

The parking could have been better. Had to walk a long way to the entrance.

The room was right next to the elevator. We thought we might hear foot traffic, but to our surprise, the room was very quiet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again.

It was clean and had a good breakfast

NO bar, no restaurant as advertised. Ice machines were broken, and the elevator was out of order at times.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and fitness room. Will definitely be staying again when I come back to the area.

Location, water bottles in the rooms.

There should be an outlet on the clock or close to the bed. I had to plug my phone in way across the room. I was told about the Cafe but never given a menu.

entire hotel is dingy. Room didn't smell nice, very small room.

Large bedroom. Stylish furnishings. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Option to get additional items for the room, like razors and slippers . Safe area.

Pool was a little dirty. Emergency alarm sounded at approx 9am and we left the room to wait outside the hotel, as instructed by the recording that was being played throughout the hotel announcement system. No one was outside. The staff at the hotel did not tell us anything until we went back in and asked. We were then told it was nothing and to go back to our rooms.

Great hotel, great staff, so nice and quiet, best blackout curtains ever (GOAT status!) Great pool and loved that the coffee in the lobby was replenished throughout the day!
