Smooth check-in after very long travel day!

front desk staff and shuttle driver were good.

not much really. I had associated the Hilton name with upscale accommodations. the was no better than I budget hotel that I could have gotten for 1/4 of the price.

The staff was great- we didn’t have a working microwave and that was changed out right away. Also, as we were leaving, my kids weren’t feeling good and the gentleman at the front desk gave the water and a candy bar and told them to feel better. That to me was above and beyond and wonderful customer service. The gentleman waiting the restaurant the night before also took great care of my children and I.

one staff was very friendly and went out her way helping us

called the shuttle for pickup from hotel for almost one hour, busy line or no one pick up the phone, later to know that it was because the windy day made the power out, which was understandable, buy why no one pick up the phonecall later? and the hotel never asked to reimburse our uber cost from airport. facilities is quite old

It was clean and the staff was great.

You had to have cocktails at the dining room table instead of at a sit-down bar. For 1 or 2 people staying, it makes no sense to take up a table instead of sitting at a bar.
