Beds were very comfortable and plenty of channels on TV. Most of the staff were friendly, especially Roderick at the front desk. He was working the desk by himself when I checked in. Even with a long line of people waiting for assistance, he was still pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a great location - very close to the Spectrum Center where our concert was.

Breakfast was good, but make sure you get there early. We got there around 9:30 and a staff member didn't seem happy we were "late" and acted like she didn't want to put more fresh food out. One staff member at the front desk wasn't very friendly during the evening shift.

My room was not all the way clean there was alcohol bottles underneath my bed I came with my 7 year old daughter

I didn’t like the breakfast there was no eggs the lady said it’s taking a long times on eggs what u see is what you get

Good breakfast buffet and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Can walk to restaurants and museums.

The best staff from top to bottom. Everyone went above and beyond to help. They all deserve raises because they were so much help.

Dirty room. Rude staff. Hotel amenities that were advertised were out of order.

We were very happy with the accomodations. The hotel was very clean and the parking garage was a breeze (unlike many of the hotels in Uptown Charlotte). We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Lots of choices and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The toilet was extremely low. Due to a recent back injury, it was more difficult to use. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable as well.

Not friendly stuff, bad customer service; got shared room with super noisy neighbors; window was sealed in plastic, no view at all; missing soaps and trash can; no complimentary parking, it is $25 and plus hotel charged a deposit for a parking. What in a world!?
