The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

I booked a Handicap accessable room and had confermation that it was booked, when I got there the clerk said they didn't have one reserved for me. She offered me a regurlar room and since it was late I accecepted it, but after leaving to get something to eat I brought my stuff in to find that the room was already occupied, So I went back to the clerk and she made a phone call for the second time and gave me a suite for the same price, The bed was so high it was hard for me to get into.

The room was very bad condition in maintenance the room had white long strips of paint on the walls the ceilings had water mildew in the ceilings water running down on the floors the desk clerk was rude told me if I come down and get towels that's the only way I will get them the housekeeper and the desk clear treated me like I was an employee to inform me that I was to bring down the towels and trash the lights were off on a Thursday the desk clerk never informs me they were off when I come in she passed me some trash bags to bring down my towels and garbage when I ride back to the hotel the service at Red Roof Inn was very unprofessional and I recommend that half of my money needs to be reimbursed to me for the service and the way I was treated at Red Roof Inn I will never return there again and they did not have an elevator I almost fell coming up the stairwell with my luggage

The enture service with the desk clerk the room could have been painted ceiling Painted the room clean daily trash remove staff more friendly then what tgey we're and a elevator in the building for to get up to the 2nd floor

flooding downstairs, no elevator, bathroom doors in both rooms wouldn’t shut, one tv screen was smashed, the whole hotel smelled horrible the smell was flaring up my asthma, the cart was so gross

2 tvs separate room and 11 am check out was great

it was dirty, the room was so hot, the door didn’t seam safe, I could see people walking past from under the door, the lady who checked me in was clearly on drugs. I wouldn’t leave my dog alone in that room. it was horrible. I stopped only to sleep and I didn’t sleep very well.

The room was very dirty with Sheetrock dust everywhere. Parts of the walls had not been painted or finished. The room was dirty and had bugs so we slept in our clothes on top of the covers. It was not a restful stay at all.

The coffee was ok when it was made. On the morning we were leaving we needed to get an early start. At 5:45 I asked the staff if she was going to make coffee, she said she would be making it at 6:15 so we didn’t wait which was very rude

When I arrived I told them I had heard bad things about the hotel but was there to give them a chance to quiet the critics. Give me their best room. A quiet room. It was room 102 at the end of the hall by the door and that end of the hotel is falling off due to unstable ground so the room was tilted. I started itching after I got in bed and wondered if there were bedbugs. I still have a few spots on me that look like flea bites. Left my specialized charger cords in the room under a pillow on the bed and have been in contact with them to have my daughter, who lives around the corner, to pick them up. Nothing… There is no way that they did not find them. I gave them my cell phone number to call me so she could go around the corner and pick them up. I was there for the graduation of my middle grandchild and so many family were coming that we all had to stay in a hotel. I stayed in the Red Roof because it was closest to the house. I have stayed in a Red Roof hotels before and had good stays, but this one was dismal. Whoever kept the charger cords can only use one of them if they pull the attachment off of it and the other one they cannot use at all because it’s magnetic and has a special attachment for my phone. I guess in this case the critics were correct… They appear to be refurbishing the hotel, but I believe I would’ve given a person asking for the best room a different one and would be sure to get the charger cords back to them.

The do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. We payed for 2 nights weeks in advance. We only stayed 1 night, decided to get out of bed around 6 after a horrible night. Got dressed , bags packed and checked out. We wouldve been better off sleeping in the car. The beds are hard hard HARD!!!! It was like sleeping on a stone table top. I always check our room for bugs and creepy crawlies before setting down our luggage. Didn't notice any bugs. However our window was unlocked and open, there was a brown mystery substance smeared on the wall, razor cap left at the sink and our fridge had mold 🤢🤢🤢. We convinced ourself to stay since it was so late and we had already paid thru booking. Needless to say when the sun came up we were getting outta there regardless of already paying. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in sketchier looking places but this takes the cake. Worst night ever, hands down. Btw there is no breakfast. And as far as the receptionist,.....please don't look to be greeted by a friendly smile. Best you'll get is a very unfriendly "manager" with a crooked wig. Just don't do it. Pay a few extra dollars and go stay somewhere else.
