Airconditioning too loud

The staff in the restaurant, valets, and the garage attendant

Very outdated, stains on the carpet in our room AC rattling

nothing about my stay there I liked other than it being "somewhere" to stay!

the front desk staff attitude was absolutely deplorable they acted as if you were bothering them when having to deal with them for anything I really don't understand why people take those kind of jobs knowing their not a people's person, we stayed there for 4 days and our rooms were cleaned about 2 times I had to keep calling for room service

no tenía armario, no pude colgar camisas o guardar ropa Conexion a wifi muy dificultosa Hilton tiene un exceso de burocracia (conexion wifi, uso ascensores, lento valet parking, no pago con cash)

Hotel needs updating. Toilet had a problem. Guests were loud and inconsiderate…yelling in hallways late at night. Room had dust balls behind door.

Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Minibar nach amerikanischem Standard leider unbefüllt.
