propreté en générale, la piscine en particulier. les chambres nous sont été attribuées avec plusieurs heures de retard, et les draps de dessus des couette des lits n'étaient pas installés. le sol sous les lits et les fauteuils étaient sales. nous avions en affichage un appartement avec 2 chambres au moment de la réservation, et c'est 2 chambres communicantes dont l'une à un canapé lit.... dans le bâtiment dans lequel nous étions l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas....

Only good thing to say is good location.

Could be better if they actually cleaned rooms and changed sheets. Blood stains and other bodily stains on pillow and bed. Charged $10 for a simple coffee stain on a hand cloth but they cant even keep clean sheets or pillow cases. The front desk took forever on our room. They said check in at 4 but the room wasnt ready until 5. And I can see why, their staff was on their cell phones in the hall ways and not cleaning the rooms. Other guest also seem to have the same issue when checking in. The front desk staff wasnt the most friendly and came off rude.

我订的超级大床房，酒店服务人员主动给我升级为双床。如果去酒店游泳池或者去海边，酒店会提供浴巾。房间打扫也很干净。房间面积大，很宽敞。酒店距离海滩大概200米，走路三四分钟，而且不用绕路。我很满意。

Hotelul este aplasat aproape de toate obiectivele din zona. Cu toate ca este intr-o zona galagioasa, curtea interioara asigura linistea necesara. Raportul calitate pret este echitabil.

Angaja de la piscina are o atitudine cam plictisita, nepotrivit pentru acest loc de munca.

first the staffwasn’t friendly or knowledgeable. they pile on extra charges such as a damage of a wash cloth because I wiped something black up with it. the loud music from the bar wakes you up at 7 am daily. the hotel offers no type of amenities or free breakfast. the pool is not actual size. I’ve been misled

I enjoyed being above the restaurant because it was music and shows daily.

My linen wasn't clean, no microwave to rewarm food, and the shower had nowhere to place the soap I brought to my room. It was hair all over the floor which let's me know the floor was not swept.

The best part of staying here was the location

No microwave in the rooms to heat up your leftover food , and when I ask the front desk about heating up my food for me in the microwave located right where they was sitting literally 5 step away was told the microwave behind the desk was not working. I guess it was there for decorations. Make it make sense. But Anywhoo

our sheets were filthy on one of the beds! just close the entire hotel down

The water in roof top pool was not clear. I don't like it.

We loved the location of the hotel.

I didn’t like that the elevator was broke, so we had to take the stairs ( only two floors) with luggage and then she pointed to where we had to walk to get to our room. The hot water takes forever to get hot and we had no hand towels. Then we were awakened by the fire alarm.

Staff Our flight from Paris was delayed 22 hours. We had booked a helicopter tour and a car rental as well as this hotel. All 3 have a policy that it is not possible to cancel. But both Sixt and the Helicopter company have in their policy that they charge a penalty. None of them took any money, they understood our situation. But not this hotel. They charged 100% from our card even though we couldn't use the night
