Nice size for me my 2 teen boys and my husband. Free filtered water came in handy. Waffles were good.

Staff was very friendly

it was very close to the boulevard and beach. furthermore they cleaned our room very good.

There was no balcony and the service of the frontdesk could be a bit better.

The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. There were 4 bottles of water provided in the room and coffee/hot water in the lobby.

My wife saw a cockroach by the bed the first night we were there. She got roach spray from the receptionist, but wasn't able to get rid of it.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable. I also didn't like the fact they didn't offer a meat protein for breakfast, all carbs, and a couple of fruit and yogurt choices.

the location is very good. the rooms have a kitchenette area which is helpful.

The air con is so noisy and you need it on as so humid. The Tv didn’t work properly but as only there one night it couldn’t be fixed. if you had a room at the front it would be much too noisy.

No elevator!! Super hard on my parents and all our luggage! Horrible for older or physically limited people .

The hotel's location was great, only 1 min walk from south beach. Great hotels nearby and free breakfast.

What a great place to stay...we stayed there before our first cruise then came back for 2 nights before our second cruise called us a taxi for us clean room..staff was pleasant free breakfast...would definitely stay there again when we visit again.what a great location...

A 4 is being generous. No onsite parking. Street parking was limited. Self-parking several blocks away at a cost of $25 per day or valet parking for $35 (USD). The curtains did not fit the windows. No hot water in the morning, when I called reception at 6am the porter didn't really understand what I was saying and said I have to wait until 8am for the receptionist to start work. Eventually we braved a cold shower and after running the tap for 10 minutes the water started getting warm. When we informed the receptionist, we were told it's an old building and the water takes a whilst to come through. If this is a regular thing, then have some signs or information in the room. No list of numbers on the phone in the room, so I had to use my mobile to call receptions outside line. Kitchen had pots and pans but no cooktop! only a microwave and coffee pot. No kettle. The photos were very deceiving. Lastly, the bed had a large timber frame (painted black) so the edges protruded, I still have the bruise 1 week later from walking into it. We had to use the spare pillows as buffers to avoid doing it again.
