La atención del personal muy maleducados, no habia internet wifi ni para los huespedes ni en la tv, la limpieza muy mala, limpiaron por encima y mal. El personal se dirigia muy grosero con los clientes. No volveré

Es muy amplio algo caro el parking pero es más como ya que hay uno frente pero según no es muy seguro ! Hay un súper a 2 calles y muchas opciones de comida

コンサート会場であるCrypto.com Arenaから徒歩15分。 比較的安全な綺麗な道をたどれば、不安はない。 エレベーターは宿泊階にしか停まらない設定のため、セキュリティも万全。 周辺はショッピングセンターもあり、何かと便利。

バスルームから夜、ずっと何か作動音が聞こえてきた。 夜寝るときに、少し気になった。

Great property. Very clean and welcoming. Not much to do in downtown LA so probably wouldn’t stay there again, although that’s not on the hotel. Walking distance to crypto arena.

They offer an airport transfer on their listing but beware as they don’t actually have one. Instead when questioned they offer a private car for a fixed $75, which is ridiculous. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the airport shuttle and assumed, like most other hotels, it would be free. Uber is cheaper than the service they provide. Lesson learned.

Very accommodating staff and surrounding areas were great to visit.

Was given room not quoted on booking (a 2 queen instead of 1 king). Hidden fees on top of resort fee which was already paid for through booking reservations. Destination fee per day was charged separate and if you didn’t use it on your stay, it was non refundable. Was notified of the valet fee on booking but hotel charged more than what booking stated. One of the outlets in our room did not work and found nail polish? (i hope and not blood) on wall and near lightswitch in bathroom by mirror outlet. So overall an inconsistent stay. I’ve had better at nicer.

Loved how close it was to Crypto arena. Came to stay for KCON 2023, and it was very comfortable.

Elevators can be confusing if it’s your first time staying here. Also didn’t love how there was only either a breakfast hours or dinner hours to order room service.
