The location and the views from the room and restaurants are great, the room itself is fine.

The chaos at breakfast with table assignments is really bad, and the establishment automatically charges an 18% tip so the waiters have no incentive to serve people and just try to upsell things that are not included, the people who assign the tables have to go around cleaning the tables because the waiters don't bother, so there is a huge line of customers just to get a table assigned to you. Additionally, the cost of breakfast of 39 or 49 USD depending on the day, is excessive for what they give, the variety and quality of the products is not in line with the price. The other things that I didn't think were correct is that they automatically charge you the $150 USD deposit per night when you check in, which seems like an abuse to me, since in most hotels they only make a reservation on the credit card, additionally the cost of parking seems excessive to me almost $70 USD per night. Another detail is the matter of the elevators, which by design the lobby is on the 70th floor, and to go to your room you always have to go through the lobby, which is an inconvenience when having to use two elevators for each trip within the hotel, that is when one arrives from the street or uses one of the restaurants, they should have designed this in a different way, and put a lobby on the ground floor like all hotels have.

הדבר היחיד שלא אהבנו היה לחץ המים במקלחת. לחץ חלש מאוד, שלא מתאים לרמה שהמלון מנסה לשדר.
