The staff were amazing We had booked a deluxe executive twin queen with lounge access on the 14th, the room was very good, however we were given a room with an office block opposite on the 14th floor, a bit of a disappointing view. I asked the receptionist if we could possibly have a room with a better view as we were there for 5 nights, the receptionist obliged and what a room he gave us… and what a view, the room was fantastic anyway, but to wake up or come back to the city skyline really made our holiday. Thank you all Omni staff, all went over and above 😀 I also have to mention the 14th floor lounge, what a great touch… made us feel like royalty

I though $45 per night was a bit excessive for parking but I really don’t want to complain as my stay was absolutely fantastic

Coin bar not enough staff to keep up. Extremely slow

The room could have been a bit more spacious, it definitely needed more mirrors and at night, the lighting wasn’t great. I loved the view and it was very comfortable.

way overpriced compared to surrounding hotels and valet was $45 for 1 day . we also had to pay $15 to have Wi-Fi . room was small . we were suppose to have they 500 sq ft . room. and maybe it was because I requested an early check-in.

good location for concert

I did not get any sleep. the people in the room next door was loud. they kept going in And out the room loud in the hallway. this was all night long. security was called both nights
