A/c is not fully functional..it is 103 degrees ...we checked in at 5 pm today and the room was baking hot ..we turned on the A/C...it took 4 hrs to get a bit cooler in the room... everything is so skimmed in this motel..no frill..Ok for 1 night ..bed is good.. room is clean

The fact that they don’t give my deposit back after I check out until they do a walk through, not sure why it’s done? I have never damaged or mistreated their property, I enjoy my stay but the anxiety that I’m getting when they act like I can’t have my money until they feel it’s not a problem with the way I left the room.. it’s insulting, and I know a lot of hotels are doing it due to the increase of homelessness and drug addicts… im in between homes but I respect their facilities.. and my name but to be treated like this every time I stay is going to result in them loose out on money and someone that really cleans up after myself

I arrived at 8:00 pm. Lobby was closed, had to ring bell and wait. Another male guest was outside his room smoking and watching me, I didn't feel safe, being female and by myself.

Bed was great.

No negative comments.
