Everything was just awesome. Easy and fast check in. Staff were awesome, friendly and very polite 💖 Cleaning ladies cleaned to our expectations, as should be and they never once complained 😍💖 Food was great as always and check out was even faster 🤗👌

Great location

Shower was broken.

The location to the airport was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Kids went for a swim in the indoor pool.

The beds were smaller than we are used to. The room was narrow at the entrance, so unloading and reloading luggage was a hassle.

The pool was disgusting. we found 3 bandaids along with dirt, pony tails and other foreign objects in the pool. The staff was notified and we were told they would be right on it, we waiting 45+ minutes, went back down and nothing was done so we cleaned it ourselves. The next day the pool still had not been cleaned so we continued to clean it ourselves. The floors do not allow water to drain making cold puddles all over the floor that collect dirt and hair making it disgusting to walk on without shoes. The hot tub was so disgustingly dirty that thick (and I mean THICK) foam built up and left black scum on edges once turned off. And lastly, all male staff walking by did not even try to hide staring while my boyfriend and I were just trying to swim - making it very hard to feel comfortable or enjoy our time.
