The elevator its a bit small and very old, It was a dent on the bed and it was very noise and it was pretty uncomfortable.

I was not allowed check in at around 12:30 AM because there was no body at the reception. So, I had to book another hotel and the money I paid was vanished. Management did not refund me because my booking was non refundable.

painted interior red as you enter - depressing. Female receptionist disinterested. our initial room was not good. we asked for a change - begs the question why did we not get this room first off

The location is good, it's closed to beach. We walked around the neighborhood streets, stores and restaurants. Great location.

The hotel looks old and toilets is plug after each used. Hotel maintenance took longer time to fix.

I liked that it was close to the strip and beach, and wasnt far from activities me and my boyfriend did.

room didnt look anything like the room on the website, it was so old looking compared to all the beautiful hotels i feel like we got scammed, me and my boyfriend was so uncomfortable we barely were in our room! but we had no choice but to stay there for our trip..i would never book a stay here or refer this place to anyone. we reached out to the property and requested a refund and still havent heard back from them.

It had a good beach location.

Most of the lights were burned out. Bed sheets were stained. We only had one towel. Elevator stalled on us going up the first time and we were not able to operate it at night time coming or going. Tv also did not work except the one travel channel.

Staff and location are excellent. Free beach chairs were a bonus, though FYI you have to walk a few blocks to get them. The room was very clean and spacious, we appreciated the kitchenette, though wish the fridge had a freezer but that's a minor detail. The room had a little bit of wear and tear; scratches on some of the furniture and some wear in the bathroom. But it wasn't anything that would deter us from staying again. If you are someone looking for something super upgraded, this might not be the place for you. For us, the price, location, and kitchen/pool overshadowed the minor cosmetic issues.

It would be great if the windows opened so we wouldn't have to run the AC the whole time. The weather was beautiful and we would have loved some fresh air, the room could get a little stuffy at times.

I did like that the pool was very cold and very small crowded walk ways sndcdome hidden fees after thinking the room was paid for.

Hotel pictures on booking site are not representative of actual conditions of hotel .pool was not usable ..lobby not inviting .hallway was dark ..air codition unit loud and not comfortable. Carpet had stains and was dirty and needed replacing..would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone .would not use Booking .com again .

Very good location, minutes from the beach. Many restaurants nearby, although very expensive

View from my window was a wall. Almost two days without electricity, means no ac. You can hear everything from the hallway. Impossible to close doors without a loud bang and door wouldn't close tightly (see picture)

4 adults reserved 1 room. Only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 of each small sample soaps. I feel when its reserved the way for 4 adults, that this should be a given to have more towels and soaps.
