Beds were very comfortable. Room nice.

Pool being upgraded. Location not as close as I thought to Disneyland entrance (needed uber rides back and forth). Limited shop facilities nearby. Food in dining room was terrible.

Finding out the shuttles were not free of service to Disneyland park at my checkin. Through the advertisements and description of the hotel I thought they were. And until a week before I checked in I thought the pool was set to reopen the day of my arrival. That’s not their fault, just unfortunate.

Breakfast was disappointing as it tasted processed and didn't settle well in my stomach.

Perfect for Disney as could walk to the parks in 10 to 15 mins.

Room was quite small compared to other holiday inns. Fridge was noisy which we had to unplug.

We paid for spa, pool services that were down for renovations and only received a refund when we inquired about the charges without the availability of the services due to renovations. We were also charged for parking for each day. Unfortunately, no offer to compensate us for the extra services was given. The reason why we reserved an extra day was because after 2 days of Disneyland we planned for a 'spa' day only learning that these services were no available on the day of check in.

Our trip to Disneyland park!

The hotel's staff charged for breakfast and amenities although I ordered a room with breakfast for all family members. They were really not trying to help and without any sympathy for the situation. Booking.com policy does not mention amenities fees as part of the booking's p; policy (they do mention it somewhere else but not as part of the policies section). I am really disappointed with how Booknig.com handled the situation. Here are the policies of my booking, nowhere do they mention amenities, just in another section of 'important information'. It was an easy walk to Disneyland park.

Breakfast buffet was 21$, a little pricey for a large family.

We loved the location. It was close enough to the park that we could walk and be at the gate in about 15 minutes. The walk was quiet and beautiful, which was so nice after being in the crowded park all day long.

When we arrived the receptionist informed us that there would be an additional $25 amenity fee per day for the pool, hot tub and exercise room. We thought that was odd since we have never paid that additional fee at any other hotel before, but reluctantly agreed. After our first day we were excited to sit in the hot tub, but then were hugely disappointed when we got down to the pool to find a note posted informing guests that the heater for the pool and hot tub were both broken, therefore both were not being heated. Guests were free to use either one, but both were freezing! I asked the front desk about how long it had been broken and when they would be fixing it. She said that the heaters had gone out two days before and that they were hoping to get someone out there to fix it within the next few days. I asked if we could be refunded our amenity fee since we would not be able to us the hot tub or pool during our stay and she refused. The next day I asked the maintenance worker the same question about the timing of the heaters breaking and the timeline for the repairs and was very surprised by his answer. He informed us that they had been broken for a while now and that the repairs were dependent on the hotel owners giving them permission to pay for the repairs. He made it sound like this is/has been an ongoing issue. It seems like the front desk has been trained to pretend like it just happened. It was really sad to say the least.
