Horrible staff …..add random charges to your card nobody can explain what they are for impossible to get your money back this happened to several co-workers as well don’t recommend anyone to stay here bunch of crooks

I liked the rooms

some things don't work

easy to get to, room was pleasantly big, everything worked

cleaning was meh/ there was hair in our shower and on the floor and some dirt on the floor

Laundry facility in site was fantastic

Location

very clean decent price close to home and I was able to get away to a safe place I needed to stay.

nothing I didn’t really like.

The staff was amazing and efficient the checking in step took less than 5 minutes.

No smart TVs and some of the facilities were down but that was because of reconstruction so it wasn't too big of a deal.

We received many e-mails confirming our reservations; it is an 8+ hr drive from our home to Louisville so we left home by 8am on Feb 14th. Later that morning, our hired hand (checking mail & phone msgs for us) advised that there was a msg from MainStay Suites advising that they were unable to accommodate our reservation at that time & to call back. Our thinking was that if they were not able to accommodate us, what was the point of calling back! We should have been advised of that very impt information before the day of our reservation! We continued to Louisville & made other motel/hotel arrangements for the duration of our trip.
