friendly staff

at this point I can’t think of anything we didn’t like

staff was very good, extremely clean, breakfast was great and very home like feel

only full size beds, not queens

The location.

Tried to get a early check-in. The guy refused and then said I would pay a fee to check in early. I was NOT happy . The idea of having to ring the bell at the desk. Staff never there. Hotel was not super busy. Asked for a wake up call and NEVER received it. Thank God I set my phone. Would have missed our flight. Would not stay there again. Staff not friendly and helpful. The bathroom needs remodeling. The room had a oder upon check in. Asked the housekeeper to spray. I like to feel welcome. They could careless if we were there or not as long as they could charge our card.

Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Shower system is great

Other large vehicles with trailers, work trucks etc parking cross ways along only entrances blocking sidewalks etc. This type of vehicle should have parking in back of rear parking lot. Observed NO SIGNS that inform those about hogging parking meant for people who have trouble walking and seniors. Like us. Almost 70 years old and we have to carry all our stuff around the pigs and foreigners about 30 years old who are too lazy to walk.

Everything is great.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. All day coffee in the lobby was very nice!

The breakfast was lacking: no juice for the juice machine, things were understocked. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry a normal size load of laundry ($2 each time). The gym was closed for the duration of our 11 day stay.

There was someone walking back and forth upstairs. This is out of staff's control though.

Everything. The breakfast was awesome. Eggs,sausage bacon, waffles yogurt, muffins bageles and more.the shower was amazing the beds were very comfortable 😌

Didn't find anything to complain about.

Comfortable & clean room, my wife really liked the pillows

We returned from dinner shortly after 8:00 pm and the parking lot was extremely dark, no lights. They were on when we left early the next morning so they just need to adjust their timers. The staff could have been a bit more friendly & outgoing.

Could have used a chair in the room. Nothing to sit on except the bed.

Schedule for a king bed, when we arrived no king beds were available. Room small

Clean room and common areas. Quiet and comfortable.

It was all good.
