Accessibility from highway and restaurants

There was an issue with an unattended dog that we received a phone call from front desk accusing us of letting our dogs bark. That dog barked from 9 pm thru 1 am and we did not get offered a waiver or refund from our inability to sleep

The room was clean and smelled delightful walking in. I have mobility issues and they changed our room to be near the elevator as quick as I asked.

Staff could be be friendly they are not

Good value for price point, but many things need fixes-bathroom door wouldn't close, pool door wouldn't open with key, side entrance door broken from outside, ac not cooling room, pool water very cold-nothing major we couldn't deal with, just small issues.

Room floor in desperate need of cleaning, sticky spots in many places, 1 spot felt like a puddle of syrup that we cleaned with a rag cause we kept walking through it and getting sticky socks.

It smelled

we travel with our cat, so it’s great having a hotel that allows traveling pets.

bed had stains, towels had stains and hair, hair on three pillows- asked for new ones was told too look for the housekeeper. had to wait until new staffer came then I received them. room smelled like smoke- child had a minor asthma attack due to smoking smell- had to buy humidifier.
