The beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was big. I liked that there was a washing machine..staff was friendly.

1) pool was not clean...stuff (looked like bugs) was floating all over the top of the water. 2) I felt a little uncomfortable as far as the random people that hung around that didn't seem like they were guests. For example, my daughter and I were walking to our car, and a lady sitting in a car in the lot of the hotel tried to get us to come over there. That is how people get grabbed. We ignored her, then 3 min later, she was gone. Makes sense as to why I saw a police officer coming in the elevator when we were exiting. It was a nice area, but I didn't feel the safest. This was just our personal experience, others may not have had the same feelings. When I travel with my family, I am always cautious of my surroundings and the random people hanging around just made me feel uneasy.

Nice staff, great value and location.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Biscuits were hard and gravy had no flavor. Instead of scrambled eggs, it was hard boiled eggs cut up. Definitely could use some improvement on that. Also, rooms were a little dirty still but it was manageable.

Staff was friendly and the location was good for the activities that my girlfriend and I had planned.

Hot tub had been removed, the pool was not very clean, the rooms were not very clean. Bathroom was in poor condition and shower had little water pressure. Ours keys also stopped working in the middle of our stay.

the toilet seat was crooked & moved when you sat on it pinching your leg.

we visited here previously and they had a jacuzzi. However the Jacuzzi is no longer there. The pool was very warm and maybe too warm for the littles really. The Breakfast last time was so much better. They didn't have any bacon or sausage. I had a dirty rag laying over the shower rod in my bathroom. The ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work. Keeping towels restocked in swimming area would be a plus.

run down and maintenance needed in many areas. Pool was extremely cold and nasty. Breakfast was subpar and not good. Batter for waffles was watered down to the point of not being able to make them. Water for oatmeal was not hot enough to make oatmeal.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working. the refrigerator and microwave wasn’t working. it was hot. The staff didn’t answer the phone. the bed was hard.

Everything except the location.

People were smoking on the second floor so it smelled so bad, and caused my daughter to be coughing all night long.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was great! The indoor pool was a plus as well.

The bath/shower was really small. The pool had just reopened the week before we arrived, and it was pretty cold. Some things were a bit outdated, like the TV, microwave, and mini fridge.

We slept well. That was our goal. We swam in the morning.

But the floor we were on reeked of Marijuana really, really bad. hallway had a haze of smoke.. my son and niece have lung issues.. If I had my way, I would get a full refund.
