Love my suite for the long stay. The extra area was idea for office work. Very accommodating staff.

5 floors but just one elevator means waiting. What if that one elevator had to be shut down for servicing & you were on the 4th or 5th? Could not give staff a perfect mark bc one staff worker took up a prime check in parking spot in front circle drive on my check in and did the entire time when their shift. Just 2 cars already there means going to the back and walking around.

The pool was closed for 2 days, but the breakfast was good and the hotel was kind of dim but the room was spacious. The bathroom fans were really loud and the housekeeper was nice and so was the younger kitchen aid.

Location was good for Louisville, the room seemed clean. Breakfast was sufficient, vending machines were not over priced. The room was separated into a two room set up.

The room seemed clean and I did not see any signs of bed bugs, however, the following morning my 7 year old woke up with bites all over her arms, torso, and face. Took her to the doctor to get her something for the itch, and they confirmed it was bed bug bites. Now we are in the process of not only treating everything from the trip, including our vehicle, which is not cheap. The worst part of the stay is the fact that one of the maintenance men knocked on our door and before I could even get up to answer the door, he LET HIMSELF INTO OUR ROOM! My husband stopped him and he said he was there to replace a broken lamp, even though there was no broken lamp in our room, nor was there one in his hand. My husband then had to tell him, not once, but three times to get out of our room and that he could replace the lamp in two hours when we checked out. I reported it to the hotel staff at the front desk and they seemed unconcerned that one of their employees unlocked our door and walked in our room without reason or permission. The woman at the front desk just said, well didn’t he knock first? I told her I didn’t care if he knocked for 10 minutes, he had no business just opening our door and walking in our room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
