Highlight of stay was the friendliness of front desk and housekeeping staff. They responded quickly to requests, remembered us throughout our stay. Rooms were basic with some updates needed but very clean.

It definitely didn’t look like the pictures at all and the room door kept getting stuck it was difficult to open/close. It wasn’t super dirty but wasn’t super clean either. Definitely needed a deep clean. Wasn’t horrible for the money but definitely not as pictured. Floors needed swept and mopped. Shower,toilet& beds were clean tho. Filters were filthy along with floor.

Not clean , breakfast very límited

The only good thing is Choice Hotels stood behind thwir customer. The room was filthy. No toilet paper or towels. As I went to take a shower I noticed the curtain was missing. I asked for a new room but it did not happen.

Really more of a motel than a hotel. Felt like it was in a safe area near some budget motels, lots of food options nearby. Room needs major upgrade, missing pictures on wall and hangers still up, painted patches all over walls. One of the chairs was really dirty with dust or dried paint spatter. Beds were firm but not too uncomfortable. The tv had lots of channels.

This hotel's customer service is terrible. During our stay, we had a toilet that was leaking. We called the front desk and they wsre going to send someone to the room. Half hour later ,no one showed, called front desk again, clerk said maintenance was in a meeting and she would send him to room once he got out of meeting. 45 minutes later still no one came to room. Called front desk a third time and was told they are sending right away. Maintenance man comes and does not have any tools, looks at toiletfrom outside bathroom and says he will either come back to fix or will see if we can be placed in another room and it will only take a minute. 45 minutes later i call desk again and the clerk says oh we are moving you to a room and she is sending guy with keys to new room. I respoded,why didnt anyone call me. I would still be waiting in my room for a call if I did not take the initiative to call again and again. When we tried to escalte to the clerks manager or to see who to contact, she refused to give is a name or a phone number to call and contact. I asked who her supervisor was and she refused to tell me staying she had several and that she was trained to tell customers with complaints to call customer service but would not give me that number either. I wound up wasting 3 - 4 hours of my trip dealing with this unprofessional behavior and missed an event i was scheduled to attend. I will never go there again and will be alerting all my family, friends, customers and contacts

This was the worst possible stay! The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke-although we were in formed that "This is a smoke-free facility" as though we were lying! The second room given was an ADA room, the shower soaked the entire floor and the ADA handle fell off the wall! The clincher was hearing water dripping in the bathroom during the night and finding that it was water pouring through the ceiling light fixture flooding the entire bathroom! Sparks everywhere!! We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, but cancelled the second night; no more nightmares! Imagine our reaction when this hotel refused to refund our money for the stay! We have filed a dispute!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
