Bed comfy. Close to a Waffle House. Coffee pot was incomplete. Didn't work.
needs to be finished remodeling. No wash cloths. Wrong area to suit us.

Good location next to the airport and interstate. Breakfast was good, lots of options.
The room was not clean - there were hairs in one of the beds. The water pressure for the shower was very low.

I cannot think of anything that went well.
1. We had to get three different rooms. The first one the door was broken and the key wouldn't work. The second the toilet was out of order. The third that we finally got was right next to the front door and we could hear people coming and going all night.
2. In the room: the smoke detector was torn out and only wires hanging out of the ceiling, the floor was filthy, the door to the bathroom was falling off its hinges and wouldn't close, the lamp was broken. There as a curtain missing. We were on the ground floor and it was open to everyone seeing in the room. There was mold all over the air conditioning unit, and tv went out.
3. They required a 100 dollar deposit that was not in the agreement when we booked.

My favorite part was checking out.
My wife’s $150 Birkenstocks were stolen by housekeeping staff after we called to let them know they were left in the room (we were in town for a funeral). When we returned to retrieve them, the front desk attendant was nice enough to call the housekeeper to ask, who then stopped answering her phone. We haven’t heard a world back from them and it’s super frustrating, especially after she identified the shoes the first time she was on the phone.

I liked that it's not on the highway.
Dreadful place with zero attempt at charm or comfort. Filthy dirty. Subpar rooms. The pool was closed. Service was slow. It seems to be under renovation but we had no warning of this. I went to the front desk a couple of times. There's no other way to reach the front desk.

Extremely dirty. Hallway carpets completely stained. Bed looked like it had just been slept in. Yet it was still $95.

The “vibe” of desolate and dirty was not an option on the above list. Other than nice staff, there was nothing to like about this place. It was vacant, dirty, and seemingly unsafe.

Non abbiamo avuto possibilità di valutare la struttura perché al nostro arrivo la stanza era stata ceduta.
Nonstante avessino prenotato, pagato e preso accordi sull'orario di arrivo la struttura non ci ha tenuto la stanza. Ci siamo ritrovati a tarda sera a vagare in cerca di un altro alloggio perché non ci è stata offerta soluzione.

Fire alarm went off 3 times during the night, everyone spent most of the night in the hallway. After the last alarm went off went off at 3am, we could not go back to sleep so we decided to go ahead and head to the airport early at 5:30. The elevator did not work, go figure. We had to tote all of our luggage down the stairs. We are in our 70's. I do not recommend staying here if you want a GOOD night's sleep.

The receptionist made us wait 10 minutes while she chatted with her friends. The place was supposed to be smoke free but at least 3 rooms had parties going on and very strong marijuana smell. The room was filthy. The lamp had food stains, the ceiling was stained. The bathroom was dirty. Bathtub, sink, floor. The drapes were torn. Asked the receptionist to help with the marijuana and she said it wasn't her business what people were doing in their rooms. I told her she had a sign advertising the place was smoke free and she started yelling I was rude. I watched a number of late teen, early 20s coming in to attend parties. I asked for my money back and she refused. Then I said we should call the police to check for marijuana and underage people consuming alcohol and marijuana. At that point she made a call and got my refund. At least she said did. She wouldn't print the statement. I've stayed in this chain before but this was easily the worst I've ever seen. Recommend you guys fire everyone there and tear the place down.

Water on floor where the AC was leaking. No maintaonce gave me towels to clean it up no other rooms available. Deactivated our key could not get into room on the 2nd day.

Well, carpets in hall was nasty, looked like hadn’t been vacuum in a year, door handle was broken in bathroom. Door handle to room was loose also.

Toilets were stopped up when we got there. We told the counter lady when we left to our convention, when we came back there was a plunger out in the hall by the elevator but nothing was done to our toilet, we had to do it ourselves, there was mold growing in bathroom

Beds were comfortable
Definitely needs the carpet in the hallway upgraded or replaced. It's old, worn and stained. Waffle iron didn't work in the breakfast area. Floors in the room weren't cleaned very well. Found a dead roach in the bathroom also, there was no blow dryer. No desk, chair or table in the room neither.

The rooms were clean.
Halls smelt like marijuana. The lady who worked front desk Saturday night was not professional. She had us to fill out the paper and stated she needed a card. She did not state what the card was for only that she needed one. I do know some hotels use them as a hold. I check my bank statements to see she had charged us for the room that had already been paid for. I went back down to the front desk after waiting on her to finish her personal phone call to tell her I was charged twice, which she stated I would have to call on Monday to speak to someone. I’ve called several times since Monday as has yet to get someone to answer.

Although I confirmed and paid for the room through online and through the app and show it was paid . Danielle Dorsey asked for my card again which unlike last time I only needed identification. She swiped it a couple of times and said it was declined that my room wasn’t paid for which I now it did but she wouldn’t give a key and said . They were all booked up as well. I thought that was rude, she was also not in a great attitude because she had her 3 kids with her at work playing around the waiting area and she had to holler at them Several times. I asked if she could give me proof that says my card was declined and she said she didn’t have one. Totally didn’t understand how this time was so different. So I decided to leave. Then my friend came back to show her the app and confirmation where we had paid ( I showed her that too, she replied that didn’t matter it didn’t go through on our side ). because we both didn’t understand how that was so different from the last time I had stayed but she said she canceled it and it would take 5-7 business days to get my money, it’s still pending on my card so I will be checking back. There was no management number that could be called on the app. I was very disappointed with this service and tired from my long drive so I didn’t want to keep working so I just went and booked another place online. Had to come all the way back because she had kept my drivers license. This was not great service I have had better service there . So i didn’t really know if she didn’t want to give me a room or was it over booked or she just didn’t like me.
I have always enjoyed the property, definitely had better service the other times, Facilities is usually clean and breakfast is available in the mornings . And they provide enough towels.

Our room had a wet, sour smell...the bed was hard...I went to Walmart to get some Lysol spray to kill the odor. Breakfast...skipped that and ate at Cracker Barrel. Staff was super friendly.

The room and A/C smelled like mildew. The bath tub was in deplorable shape. Burnt out bulb. No shampoo in shower. Needed to make 7 trips downstairs to the front desk to have my key reprogrammed. Four of those times I had my arms full. The elevator sounded like it was about to break down at any minute. The front desk checks was exceedingly slow.

While checking in, worker was also tending to her THREE small kids that were freely moving about in the lobby.
As I entered my room I immediately realized the poor job of cleansing. Floor wasn't swept and counter tops and tables were dirty.
The main issue was that my toilet was running and not flushing! This was noticed less than 2 minutes of being in the room. I immediately let them know.
I was told there was NO maintenance in that day and there was NO other room to put me...and that I'd have to call BOOKING.com to recieve my money.
While on the phone with booking.com I witnessed another unpleasant guess.
Booking was unable to reach the property to resolve the issue due to false email and phone number they have in the system.
With no refund and highly upset, I had to drive 3 hours back home.
2 days later I still have no refund.
Horrible place!!!

This building is old in and out and falling apart bed furniture old dirty they need to get shutdown and the city needs to condemn this nasty place and I didn't check in up to now almost a week ago I'm still wanting for my refund
