This room was as nasty as it gets, besides not having towels, and Roaches dead and alive the restroom had never been cleaned, NASTY!!! I called the front office for help and the guy at the front desk was no help at all. Told me I just had to wait for the manager to come in the morning! NEVER WILL I EVER Be WASTING My MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!!

The property was nasty and not clean and didn’t have covers on the bed . People were loud all night . The people that cleaned my room stole my bath stuff I left in the room while I went to work . They didn’t do anything about making anything better for me and I paid almost 400.00 !! I was just trying to rest for work .I will not be back at all .

The fire alarm in the room needed a battery so it was chirping. They refused to get a new battery, give me a refund or move me rooms - even though the parking lot was less than half full and they clearly had rooms. Their fix was to tell me to unplug the alarm so it would stop chirping. The front desk lady was horribly rude and I am pretty sure their “fix” was illegal. You can’t reactivate a fire alarm because of pure laziness
