Didn't have breakfast and didn't know they offered it. It was very clean and very nice big rooms. When they say nonsmoking they really was nonsmoking. I will be staying there again I travel to Shreveport for medical reason.

The ease of booking the room. The hotel check-in was easy and staff was friendly

Staff very friendly at check in and check out. No problems with room. Bed, pillows, and room temperature very comfortable. Room size was great. No smell in the room. Much better than staying at the Hilton in Shreveport. Where there beds and pillows are not comfortable.

Really there was nothing I did not like. What I do not like with any of the larger hotels now is the added on RESORT FEE. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE WITH THAT., YOU HAVE TO PAY IT. SO REALLY ALL HOTELS NEED TO PUT THIS BACK INTO THE COST OF THE ROOM. IT IS CRAZY TO HAVE A LINE ITEM. WHAT A GYMIC THEY THINK PEOPLE LIKE TO SEE A LONG LIST OPF COSTS. IT'S ONE THING IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE ON COSTS. BUT WNEN YOU DO NOT LUMP IT ALL TOGETEHR AND STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MINDS AND IRRITATIN THEM ON THIS. WHATS THE POINT IN A RESORT FEE.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The was no coffee pot in the room (1604) and we walked all around the hotel and the there wasn't coffee or breakfast available any where. Upon check in, the hotel was basically empty, we requested a room on the river side, the agent responded with ok, nothing else. When we got to the room it was the interstate view, which would have been alright if he had just said the other wasn't possible. With a half empty hotel, that gesture would have made us return guests, but we won't be back.

The lighting and parking as we can't let them park our truck and my husband is in wheelchair I had to carry all of our luggage to our room and parking for handicap was nit good either not enough close to the doors

Had trouble getting enough towels, and the room was never cleaned or towels refreshed. we reserved the room for three, but there were enough towels for three. I had to request additional towels and bath supplies twice before they were delivered and then the delivery was after I was sleeping.
