great facility! clean, comfortable, friendly staff

TV was not reset due to time change. if that’s the worst, this is a great hotel!

My family has stayed at this Courtyard Marriott several times over the years, mostly for its location. They’ve updated some rooms, but not all, so we never know if we’re going to get the outdated bathroom with a heavy swinging door and plain mirror, or something a bit better. The pool reeks of bleach. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby, which I like, but other family members would prefer free coffee. The beds and pillows could use upgrading. Our first floor room was too noisy, with guests entering nearby rooms very late at night. Nothing terrible, but a mixed experience, for sure!

Beds, pillows, bathroom and mirror should better!

Rooms were clean and all appliances worked including bathroom fan.

Very little space around sink. Hot tub in pool area not functioning. No access from pool to patio.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The elevator is ancient. No continental breakfast was a very big let down. The outside of the building is a bit rundown. The bed was super hard.

Location for the purpose of my job

Lack of cleanliness. Breakfast almost non existent.

I had booked a king room and was given 2 queen beds.

Food had been left in refrigerator from prior guests that had stayed in that room. No coffee bar, & it is closed on Sunday. Lighting in room was absolutely awful. Won't stay there again.

There was no breakfast of any kind on Labor Day. I liked that they changed my room when I arrived and found the location was hard for me to get to with my disability and then they helped me with the cart for luggage etc.

The bed was lumpy and tilted/ sloped down from one side to the other. I froze the first night, even with turning up the heat a bit and then asked for a blanket for the second and third nights. When I got home, I took a nap and did not wake up for four hours - so exhausted from poor sleep.

Gentleman at front desk working on Saturday was very nice I had ask him about a nearby restaurant that he recommended & my husband & I were very happy with our choice

No free breakfast as stated in website not even coffee in the morning No newspapers in lobby in morning & hot tub was out of order If I wanted to pay extra for breakfast I would have stayed somewhere else & we were looking forward to hot tub /whirlpool for my husband’s knees
