It was very comfortable and clean room. The staff was kind.

The shower knob took a while to figure out because it was installed weirdly.

Check in/ check out was a breeze. Staff was nice throughout our stay. Room was clean. We were by the elevators and I was worried about noise but didn’t hear them at all. Breakfast was plentiful (and lots of options) with lots of room to move around everyone.

Minor complaints. The refrigerator didn’t seem to get very cold. The window curtains do not close all the way to block out the light. There are gauzy curtains in place to keep people from seeing in. But I like more coverage.

The check in staff were great!

A little outdated, furniture was a little worn and lighting in the bathroom and shower room.

WiFi was down due to a storm a few weeks prior

The “plug in” placed on the bed stand for charging devices did not work. I had three items that needed charging during the night. I was quite dismayed to discover in the morning that my devices were not charged. There was a sign as I exited the hotel asking if there were any problems; however, I had a meeting and didn’t have time to discuss this with the desk.
