The breakfast was good and the staff member was very nice.

Smelled like cigarettes, hallway and room were not clean. There an old bag of popcorn in the microwave. Tub was dirty. Just uncomfortable

The room smelled like smoke and whatever sent spray they tried to cover up the smoke smell.

The beds weren’t uncomfortable & the space in the two queen sofa bed suite was spacious. The sofa bed was really wide.

The beds had stains, the air unit had ants all over it, the breakfast was horrible & the staff who worked the breakfast on July 1st attitude was horrible! They do not supply toothbrushes. I uploaded what I could

I enjoyed the fact that the Hotel was very comfortable plus how close it was to multiple Food and Shopping locations.

Woman in the breakfast room was excellent. Very courteous and helpful in every way, but...Maybe a little better personality from those at the front desk. Things like saying... May I help you... How was your stay... Thank you for staying with us... These are just common courtesy items that will make people want to come back for another stay.

Bathroom dirty and entire room smelled. Reported to front desk and was given a can of airfreshner. Never sent housekeeping. Was Told they were booked and could not change room. I did not sleep there.

That all families got very sick from chemical in pool, refused to notify management, musty smell, dirty bathroom

There was mouse feces all over the room. It had a distinct order. The pool inside was so rusty that the water changed colors because of it. The hot tub was too hot to sit in. The bathroom in our room HAD A CAMERA behind the mirror, A CAMERA!!!! Don't recommend this hotel.

The morning breakfast was very good.

The facility needs major updates specifically to the bathroom… higher toilets & higher mirrors above bathroom wash basin. Larger TV’s would also be enjoyed. More than one ice machine should be available in a long hallway. Just needs upgrading.

The breakfast was a nice selection of food and the staff was very friendly. The included toiletries were useful. Having a fridge, microwave, and coffeepot was nice. The AC worked well.

The building smelled a little musty and the hallway got dark toward the end where our room was. There was a group lounging out back with some kind of outdoor BBQ setup, but they didn't speak English and appeared to be longer term tenants which made it feel sketchy. The room was small for a "suite," and a dead fly on top of a mysterious stain on the bedspread greeted us upon arrival. The couch looked 40 years older than the hotel and I didn't trust it to be very clean, based on the mysterious bedspread stain and the overall appearance of the hotel, which just looks worn. One of the dressers was completely missing a drawer, the other looked like it had been kicked by a mule, and the Gideon Bible had a spray on its side that I'm assuming came from an exploding soda can. The 3 appliances were stacked in an alcove which only had 2 outlets, so I had to move the coffeepot to the desk to use it.

I was traveling for work with my daughter. She had to stay in the room by herself during the day. She felt safe and I did not have to worry about her.

The room was very musty smelling when we walked in. The comforter wasn't clean and I didn't notice it until morning so that kinda grossed me out. As soon as we walked into lobby to check in I could smell marijuana a little bit, as soon as we stepped off the elevator the smell was very strong.

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were appropriate.

The room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located for what we had planned for a quick getaway weekend (3 nights). Lots of nearby options for eating or picking up something you forgot. Breakfast spread was always clean and food was hot. The lady working the morning breakfast was amazing and attentive to everyone's needs. Price was reasonable. We were looking for a room to sleep in at night as we had full days planned while in the Springfield area and this was exactly what we were looking for.

Spa jets did not have much oomph and did little more than just circulate the water.

Breakfast was good. The lady attending to breakfast was on top of it. she was very friendly and helpful. The location was great there was a lot of shopping and restaurants to explore. overall we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was not very comfortable, one side sunk down more than the other it was not very comfortable. The shower did not drain well, we had to stand in water when taking a shower.
