I asked for sheets and an extra blanket for my 11 year old granddaughter. The sheets on the bed had various stains as did the extra set the desk clerk gave me. When I spread the “clean blanket”out it appeared to have a coffee or urine stain in the middle of it. Why would they put STAINED SHEETS on the bed Aand on top of that give me stained linen

Clean room with comfy bed

Outdated decor, my bathroom flooded super bad from overflowing toilet. It was so bad that it started leaking downstairs into lobby area. I noticed in the bathroom ceiling, there was water damage stains and blue tape as if they were painting over it. The guy at desk told me that they always have issues with toilets overflowing. I thought that was a red flag or maybe a backup issue within their building.

Nice room. Clean. Day and afternoon staff first day were excellent. Nice work out room.

Man at desk in morning was extremely rude. Wouldn’t look up to speak with us. Husband said excuse me twice and he said I hear you and still not looking up from screen.

It was away from downtown, so easy to get in and out to do what we wanted.

Lobby nicely renovated, but room was a little older-looking and could have used some sprucing. Clean, but due for some renovations as well.

Room was not very clean found hair in the bed sheets dust in the corners.Elevator was noisy and shaking 2nd day was better maybe had it repaired.entrance smelled like dirty diapers. .

Our room smelled bad and it got worse if you turned the air or the heat on. The pool is absolutely tiny and FREEZING. The spout for the bathtub was falling off. The beds were very comfortable and there were 3 pillows on each bed which was nice.
