it’s out dated the indoor pool was closed

that the inside pool and jacuzzi was closed and was never told that. that’s one of the reasons we come there. don’t feel like we should’ve paid full price

It is a great hotel for family and alot to do with your kids. The employees were very nice, we went bowling and the employee that was behind the bar help saw I was having a hard time with my daughter crying she is 1. We got some bad news from back home. She came from behind the bar and gave her a card to play a car game. Thank you for that because it was alot and we had to keep smile for our kids.

That I could upgrade my room because I booked with another company. Everything else was great just wanted a bigger room.

The view was nice, convenient beach access

Pool was filthy, music was loud all the time, too much drinking going on at a “kid friendly” resort. Building showed signs of wear in the concrete of the structure. Parking garage was too small to fit normal size vehicles.

The staff weren’t as proficient, I asked for towels and it took 8hrs to receive them. The pool is enter at own risk which is fine but doesn’t appear to be cleaned often…🤷🏾‍♀️ There suppose to be NO SMOKKNG yet my kids couldn’t sit on balcony due to intense marijuana smoke directly beneath us aiming up to our room so balcony stayed shut the entire weekend! The amount I paid for the weekend I expected a beach front ocean view room, and it needs to be UPGRADED!! BAD
