They didn't honor my reservation but charged my card on file now I'm waiting for a refund

Breakfast. I paid for the convenience of breakfast and they didn't even have a breakfast

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Perfect location

The doors are open 24/7 and the rooms are a little outdated

Staff coming was not as friendly as the staff during our departure. Bed was comfortable

The room was not bad but did not feel comfortable because of the clientele lingering around. Was not sure our door was actually locked. Actually modified our stay to one night instead of two. Location was also futher away than we anticipated

The pool was nice and clean

Customer service was terrible. Got attitude when checking in and checking out. It says breakfast included but I was told there’s no breakfast just juice and coffee. I went to the pool with my kids after getting the required wrist band and was asked a million questions by the person opening the pool and talked to like we shouldn’t be there. All the plugs were missing covers or had cracked covers and I have children. The wifi was also unreliable and I have classes I needed to do work for. If my phone didn’t have a hotspot I would have been SOL.

The hotel need renovating.

Our rooms were very smelly and discussing. Requested non smoking, it smell smoky. We requested a refund. We moved to sanother vanity. You all could not accommodate us to non smoking.. expecting a refund.

the pool area and courtyard were very nice.

I reserved a kitchenette room, it was going to be a quiet 2 day stay for my husband and my self to celebrate our 30th anniversary. the room was unclean smelled of smoke and weed, and not one thing in the kitchen worked. There were also no supplies, pots, pans, plates, silverware ect. the makeshift fridge they added, froze everything we had. There were dozens of teens, kids & young 20s partying in the court yard until quite late(after 11). 7 directly in front of my door, that I actually had to ASK to move so I could get out. The lady in the office offered to move is to another room upstairs, I told her we unloaded alot of our things, checked in late and were tired, we could move tomorrow. Next morning was even worse, people screaming and running, hedge trimmers and blowers at 9am. I again climbed through people to the office asked for the manager and explained, told her I would like to checkout. She then said, thats fine but the courtyard was quiet by 10 pm and there was no noise she was there herself, lol lied to my face then told me “Even the owner was watching the camera all night” but I couldn’t speak with him. never offered any type of credit, compensation or even an Im sorry. my husband just wanted a nice weekend and It was a nightmare in one 12 hour period. NEVER will I recommend or stay there again.
