Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic for the dirty rooms

The first room we checked into was totally unacceptable. There were still-wet stains on the comforters of both beds, plus brown spots all over one of the pillows. The toilet seat was filthy and stained a dirty yellow. And there was an actual mound of boogers smeared onto the wall next to a bed. Disgusting! We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk attendant was really wonderful and understanding...had us moved within a couple of minutes. But problems reconvened in room #2 which clearly hadn't even been cleaned since the previous guest. Both beds had visibly been laid in, pillows had hair on them, there were food wrappers and crumbs under both beds, and used wet towels still in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush (used tossue was in the bowl when we walked in) & the nightstand outlets also would not even charge a phone or tablet and instantly made our chargers overheat to the point I thought they might catch fire! We will never book this hotel again. Please, please up your cleaning standards.

We have really enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past it is reasonable But has some things that need fixed

In our room, the coffee maker didn’t work and the toilet ran most of the night. The hot tub in the pool did not work in the pool. Temperature was very cold. We mentioned this to the front desk and they said we could have breakfast on them and the breakfast Was still being served, we came right down and were told that breakfast was no longer being served after given a ticket to get a free breakfast. Very disappointed.

I didn't eat anything at the hotel I was referred to a nice Mexican restaurant a little further down and it was exceptional very good

Overall we had a good experience. We really liked the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was what you'd expect from a hotel, my kids really enjoyed the scents of the soap, shampoo, etc. It was a huge hotel which my kids enjoyed.

None of the outlets worked in our room so we couldn't charge any of our devices. The bathroom was pretty gross, the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was yellow and bits of it were flaking off. The tub bottom had bits peeling off. Hotel pools are a big draw for us, while the water temperature was wonderful, both the pool and the hot tub had things floating around all over the water and there were large hair chunks/hairballs all over the perimeter of the pool that were pretty disgusting.

Nothing other than its close proximity to the place that I was going to!

Unfriendly staff, disorganized, and customer comfort is not their top priority!

The bed was comfortable not so high I had to jump in. The room was nicely appointed but dated.

Room cold but I like it cold.

The rooms were decent

1) I was charged a $50 deposit ($100 for both rooms) which I did not know about when I originally booked the rooms. 2) The swimming pool was not open!! 3) Could not access the fitness room 4) There was a cost for breakfast!! Most hotels offer a free continental breakfast
