The location close to the hospital.

The AC did not work and the hotel was generally old and not well maintained. We could only book one night so we moved to the Intercontinental. Wow! We should have booked here. Amazing hotel, great facilities, great location and less expensive!!

Location to my event

They gave my king bed away, and I had to settle on two full-size beds Which put us in separate beds

Did not have breakfast. Was not going to pay $23.00 for breakfast there.

For the $$$ price that was charged, gouging because of location to the many hospitals and cancer treatments, I thought that the towels should have been fluffy and softer, the bathroom should have been better equipped with different toiletries., i.e. shower cap, swabs, better lotion.

The entrance from the hotel to the parking garage was a little difficult to figure out, since it was after hours.

Clean with friendly staff.

In using Booking.com, we indicated that we wanted a hotel with a pool. However, we found out after our arrival that the pool was under repair. It must have been under repair for some time, as it was in the hotel's printed materials - and as indicated by the dead roach sitting in the drained pool. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to another hotel affiliate so that you can use their pool. Not very convenient when you want to swim with your family.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you have a loved one in Methodist Hospital or have early morning testing as my husband did.

The bed was great but the pillows were flat as a pancake, the food was good but expensive, the remote control to the TV in our room was worn out and/or needed new batteries, and the AC ran 100% of the time but did not cool our room adequately.

Easy to access Methodist Hospital for appointments and the staff is great.

Price was a little steep.
