the views were beautiful. it was like a place you never have to leave while on vacation.

The kids liked the water park. The locating was beautiful on the water.

They failed to mention the 2 waterslides we're closed. I talked to the manager himself about havering a pizza party for an 11 year old birthday party there, then all of us using the water park. We would've went to the other motel half the price without slides if we would've known they weren't open.

The location and staff were great.

I got charged the same price for 1 room as I did for 2 rooms. The water park needs upgraded. The big slides were broken. They tried to charge me for one of the rooms we stayed in the first night for the second night.

We loved the price considering it has a private beach area with chairs, tables and firepits plus an indoor water park! At the time of our visit the slides were not operating but we still had tons of fun in the lazy river, pool, hot tub and indoor pirate splash area (big enough for adults). Room was clean. Staff were always available and were friendly. They weren't sitting in the back room on their phones like other hotels we've been too.

We were a little disappointed that the slides weren't working. The room we were in could use a bit of a face lift just showing some signs of age. The refrigerator was a pain in the behind. It was inside of an armoire but the refrigerator door didn't like to stay shut.

We enjoyed the location, access to the lake

The pool was partially closed, did not feel safe, as the structures seemed old, and there was no one to assist and answer our questions. There was no breakfast. So 2 main things that we based our reservation priorities on were either missing or not working.

The room was very nice. The hotel was right on the water. It has a nice log cabin look outside and inside the rooms. The staff was very friendly.

We didn't get to use the water park the night we arrived. Online it said the park opened at 10am the next morning, so we waited around for an extra hour to use the park but it actually opened at 11am and we had to move on.

No breakfast, lights in pool area not working, stains on sheets, worm in bed, tv not working, light on stand by bed broken,

very friendly staff. rooms were clean and accommodating, the view we had was amazing, right over the water you could see the island and the grand hotel along with the bridge. we were lucky enough to watch fireworks over the water right from our room.

half of the water park was closed, one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was the water park. there wasn’t much for vending so I would come prepared. also that’s all they had for breakfast we could find was coffee. it would have been nice to have a directory in our room. the staff was very nice but they were a little hard to understand their accents. and the price was a little steep for what we got out of it.

The location and view of the bridge and island

The hotel itself was dirty. Right on the water with a sandy beach area yet no place to wash off the sand before coming back in to the hotel. Shower water pressure was terrible, several outlets in the room didn't work, the lamps and other lights hadn't been dusted in years. Supposed to have an indoor water park, but found out upon arrival that the slides have been closed for 3 years and yet there is still standing water in that pool.
