Deutlicher Aufschlag (ca 100 $ !!!), weil das Zimmer im voraus für zwei Tage gebucht wurde. Betrag wurde zu einem Zeitpunkt abgebucht, an dem.eine kostenfreie Stornierung noch möglich gewesen wäre. Schimmel im Bad, Fliegengitterfenster verbogen, Tisch klebte.

The room had a really bad smell. Dusty and musty. We were overcharged ,room says $73 dollars per night ,we stayed 2 nights But was charged 272.00 + $55 for our 2 small dogs, we should of only been charged$146.00 for the 2 nights and the $55 for our 2 small dogs. We will not be returning to this motel anymore.

The staff was nice.

The inside pool was not opened and the outside pool should have been closed. You couldn’t even see the bottom. Did not use as I have an open and something is for sure wrong. Needed to be cleaned and chemicals badly. There was spider webs in our room with a half a dollar side spider in the bathroom. The box spring had stains on it. The smell in the room smelled as mold. The alarm clock was not pulled in and the tv was not working. Had to figure out how to fix. Did not like that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. And did not like that the front desk was not at the hotel. Didn’t feel safe about that.

Office staff the we were able to contact at the Thunderbird were very friendly and professional.

Breakfast no longer offered. No staff at Starlight office. We needed to go two motels away to register. Pool water was murky/dirty. We have stayed here before and were sad to see how things have deteriorated. We had no hot water for shower in AM. Carpet in room was buckled and needs to be replaced. Yard swing was broken.

Clean, location, value, clean

definitely older and outdated. hot tub was out of order.

Room was clean and comfy. Had a sliding door onto patio and yard.

Unique situation where 3 motels owned by same person. Only 1 check-in location and only 1 person at desk. Fan in bathroom sounded like airplane . Rooms and bathroom could use an update.
