Location was really good, liked that it was beach front. I appreciated having a big enough room for the whole family. The price was cheap, I thought hmm that’s cheap, maybe because of the end of the season? Late booking?

The pictures that are posted from the site must be from at least a decade ago. The room was meh… but doable. There were multiple outlets that did not work, lamps were broken(shade), carpet was ripping up exposing the needles. The bathtub had one of those slip grin things and it was disgusting..The pool and hot were dirty and broken. The waterfall thingy for the pool was broken, pool itself was chipping. Hot tub kept making this bubbling noise and was not even filled to the top and was way too hot. Also with the pool and hot tub getting out it made your skin feel weird like too much chemicals or something. I did not see any cockroaches or bed bugs but had a lot of ants in the bathroom.

Lots it was dirty and the bed was full of stains and the bathroom room doors would not lock lots of the furniture was riped and dirty and it smells bad and the shower wouldn't drain and the view outside the windows was terrible straight to another building

The customer service! Amazing...didn't have time to get to the beach. Spider webs throughout both adjoining rooms, long hair stuck to bathroom walls around the sink, large dead insects also "stuck" on wall in bathroom, many spider webs, no toilet plunger. It was a great value of room(s). A microwave & coffee maker would have definitely topped this stay off much differently. Honestly, I'd happily stay here again even with spider webs, ect. Employees are human too and the work involved is alot for so many rooms. Spider webs maybe a little attention too, mattresses could definitely be upgraded as feeling springs when sitting on the edge us an obvious way to know the strings are weak and wore out. Thank you for the hospitality during our 3 day stay here, it was a fair $$ for this!! Thank you!

We stayed in the family suite. We were a little disappointed this room was not directly on the beach however we were not in the room too much. The room slept five of us comfortably, the beds were comfortable and it was just a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were a little outdated.

Rooms need to be updated. The shower wall had tape on the tiles to hold them together.

Good location

Room has busted shower with broken shower tiles that I had to notify the front desk so I wouldn't get penalized and I wouldn't damage the facilities further. Thankfully, the repair guy was able to come quickly since I was told that if this room didn't work for us (?), they would have to provide a lesser room (if any) in exchange for the room we booked at a quoted rate. That was an unacceptable answer. The repair guy was able to temporarily patch the shower with quickset that dried quickly enough for us to use the shower that evening. It looked terrible, but we lived with it. There are many updates needed for these rooms, even if they are being booked at "reasonable" prices. We also received somewhat deceptive advertising on the BUY 1/GET 1 FREE breakfast specials in lieu of complementary hotel breakfasts. We have 5 people and these monopolistic hotel/restaurants severely overprice breakfasts ($16-$18 for very basic breakfast) and only offer 1 BOGO coupon per family. They would not split the check so we could at least apply two, so an anticipated $50 breakfast for 5 turned into a $100 breakfast for 5 (after using the coupon)! Very poor value and deceptive advertisement by the hotel when booking and even on the coupon. Photos of the shower before/after repair upon request.

There wasn’t even a mattress pad on the bed. The room was damp. The lighting didn’t work because there were too few outlets to accommodate the appliances in the room. The television stopped working during the night and required us to unplug it and plug it back in.

There was nothing to like about this property. It was dirty, run down and looked like possibly shady deals and meet ups taking place in the parking lot and rooms.
