Good location

No safety lock on outside door, tv didnt work, missing drain cover on hot tub,maintained man not timely to repair, sack breakfast left a lot to be desired.

1st room had no heat (upper pennisla Michigan, up grade 2nd room. both rooms were dirty. floors, empty Kleenex box. cleaning supplies/bags in hall ways/stairwells. not what we expected for mackinaw city. short staffed I assume, that would be the only excuse for the cleanliness of the rooms.

Worst stay in a hotel ever. Waiting on a refund..

The door frame to the room was broken and the extra door lock was missing. The carpet hadn’t been swept and room wasn’t clean. There were people loitering in the hotel check-in area (people who were not guests). We felt very unsafe and found a different place to stay.

the room I requested and was approved for , for unavailable upon arrival , and the room I recieved was dirty and there was what appears to be vomit on the back of the toilet. And then requested for a new room and recieved the room type I originally asked for and was told they didn’t have left. just an unpleasant and stressful stay.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast offered but they did give us coupons for nearby restaurants

Lobby wasn't open during the night.

Loved having the lake view.

Missed having the breakfast.

I liked that it was on the beach and we had a balcony!

The people at the front desk were not in a rush to help me. I had to wait while they stood there and talked. There also was no breakfast buffet.

My room was clean and the size was adequate for one person.

I don’t like that I wasn’t notified that my reservation was transferred to the Hilton. Although it’s attached to the same building, arriving to the destination on the way to check in and finding out through an impersonal sign on the front door is completely unprofessional. Also the breakfast that I paid for was a grab and go bag. It only consisted of one bottle of water, an apple, and a breakfast bar. Definitely not even remotely close to the value for what I paid. Unacceptable.

Room was on second floor and as seniors needed elevator which was located in attached other hotel. This a long walk away from our room.

Hotel was fine.

Breakfest in a bag. Remote would not change channel on TV. Called desk they said they would send someone to fix it, they never showed up. At least we had weather channel all night.

Location was great.

The room had spider webs and needed to be cleaned more.

Location was great staff was good walking distance of almost everything in Mackinac City

Bed was too hard too firm not very comfortable Weather seal on door entering room needed replacement can see light crack from closed door.

breakfast was not good just coffee a small power bar and apple plus bottle water . i know its pandemic so i think this is the best they can do.

breakfast , old rooms ,old beds , but the staff are great
