The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Because we made the booking via Booking.com, we were to able to have the quiet room in the back that we wanted. The hotel was not full, yet we were told that no room in the back was available. This I simply did not believe. Our room faced a noisy street and behind that a major freeway in Houston with heavy, noisy traffic. It was a cold night in Houston and the lobby was chilly; the hotel receptionist was not often at the front desk as she said it was too cold. Consequently, I had to go back and forth to the front desk until I she appeared. This was time-consuming. The telephone in our room did not work. The TV did not work because the cable was down. The printing that I asked to be done was not done.

Bed was too hard. No was rags in room. Charging me to park is ridiculous!

Dated interior with popcorn texture on walls and ceiling. Yellowing paint. Just didn’t seem clean. No air conditioning in the hallways. Nearly no air conditioning in the lobby.

Hotel was close to where we were going. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants were near by.

Sink faucet was backwards. Toilet did not flush the first time.Didn't care for the breakfast menu, not enough variety.
