Hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was excellent and did their best to help us with our many problems.

Apparently the facility was renovated, but the infrastructure was not. We had a broken pipe leak in the ceiling and a separate leak a few days later. We had 1 1/2 days with no hot water.

Did not have breakfast do to it was already gone when we went to eat.

The other guest were very loud and let the kids riding a skateboard which made a lot of noise. Had to ask for towels no hot water. People in the pool very noisy.

Clean nicely decorated comfy room

No hot water to shower and Somehow it showed us as a no show for our room the following morning. Someone came to the room 6:30 am to check prior to check out. Puzzling that when we checked out the room still showed unoccupied with no show. I did have a confirmation that the charge was on my credit card and an email showing our complete transaction. A credit was being offered for $30.00 due to no hot water. Front desk said I had to call booking.com which I did and Booking.com said they were in contact with the hotel and they agreed to give me a credit which as of today has not been done.

Location good. Breakfast was fair and the eating area was small and dirty

I didn’t like the fact that booking charged me extra for no smoking room , while all rooms in this hotel are non-smoking. I request a refund from booking !!!

Bathroom needed updating. Tissue holder broken. No microwave.

I loved the location, my room, and the comfort of the bed! Great place to stay for the location and would definitely stay here again!!

it looked like a room and flooded and it smelled like mold in the floorboards & the baseboards were brown on the bottom from water damage it smelled really bad in there. Their air filter in the air conditioner look like it had never been cleaned before. My husband is very asthmatic and that was the first thing we checked and it was completely completely covered in dust that is a very very big health hazard.
