Angelina, the desk agent, was TRULY AMAZING. She is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service, and a valuable asset to your hotel. Breakfast was pretty decent and the location was excellent. Only a 5-minute walk from the mall.

I prefer to make my own waffles vs. the pre-pack waffles. But, they were ok.

Front desk hospitality was great. Just a great stay.

Sink was dirty in my room with toothpaste and hair in it. Gross housekeeping do better. Sad someone pays that much to be disappointed. Clean up. You may not care because you don't have to sleep in a room. Disgusting.

I wanted a pool with my stay so I chose this spot, however, it rained the whole day and night..😑😶

Batteries in the remote were dead, the lady in the breakfast area removed food as we were trying to get some. She said it was from 6:30 to 9:30. It was 9:30 but give us a break!! Really!! Taking food away before we could get some!! Sorry you were having a bad day LADY!!

aAn alarm from a first floor mechanicals room blared on for over 24 hours. when we asked about it, the office was surprised and called maintenance. Why weren’t the staff walking the property to spot problems? Check in clerk had no eye contact when we checked in and did not tell us the room would only be cleaned every 3 days. As a result, we followed the signs in the room to put dirty towels on the floor for cleaning staff. at the end of that day, we were told the room wouldn’t be cleaned. unfortunately, we stayed 3 days. Office staff grudgingly found us a few clean towels. Breakfasts were sub par when compared to competing restaurants. Coffee (one day, no hot water for tea), bagels, and dry cereal. it was hard to find any milk for the cereal. I guess we were supposed to use the milk next to the coffee? When booking the hotel, no mention was made of the front lobby renovations going on. Parking was cramped and sparse. we will not stay here again and will not recommend this hotel
