Good location, within walking distance to places, friendly staff, kept breakfast stocked and clean, even took our plates for us, breakfast staff outstanding

Fitted sheet wouldn't stay on bed, asked for my room to be billed to different card at check in than what I used to reserve room with. Took new card to use at checking but still billed previous one used to reserve room. Had 3 people to our room and 2 vehicles driven. Only 1 vehicle allowed to park in garage at hotel. I had to pay the 19 to park at hotel and then 30 dollars to park other car down street at different parking garage that was 15 per day. ( paid 30 for being parked from 3pm sat until 10am Sunday -not even 24 hours) breakfast was a little disappointing. No toast or waffles or biscuits or gravy. Very minimal compared to other hotels.

Front desk did not respond to numerous attempts to contact the property (from both myself and booking.com) prior to the visit

breakfast was good, the location was perfect for us, and parking was secure

only issue was bus loading and unloading made it difficult to get out in the morning

when we checked in, our double room wasn't available, they did however provide a king with a cot

Desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and rooms were cozy and clean.

Had two employees try to enter our room the morning before we checked out. One man wearing a polo and holding a clipboard. Another man appeared to be cleaning staff. Seemed very odd they tried to enter our room, and kept trying to open the door even after several failed attempts. Thankfully we locked our room which prevented them from entering while we were getting dressed, but it was definitely concerning having people attempt to enter and continuing to attempt to enter until we approached them and made our presence known.

Staff was friendly.

The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of Friday night. The boiler was on. There was no maintenance to correct this problem even by noon Saturday. The room was set at 66 and by 10 am it was 76 degrees Fahrenheit in the room.

Breakfast was good.

No one was hardly ever at the front desk. There was an adjoining hotel that was covered. Our room smelled bad. I sprayed lysol every time I entered the room. The pictures looked really different from the actual room.

The staff that welcome me was not nice at all I did not get the two room next to each other. Front lady was rude and gave me two different floors for each room and said that’s all she had. No one was at the front desk to ask question and call no one answer. Breakfast was poor for the money I had to pay for the two room. Not coming back to the hotel and not recomendable. Very sad staff attention.

The staff was exceptional. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Attached parking was a big plus, and cheaper than we expected.

We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. The 2nd room had no hair dryer, and we were charged more for that room.

Facilities were clean and location was good for walking access to most downtown areas.

Staff was usually indifferent or overwhelmed. Facility was a little dated; rugs in hallways were older and stained. Dual property with Springhill suites but run as two different hotels. Did not provide the room we booked (we were given a smaller room and told sorry - your room type is not guaranteed but then no rate adjustment was made). No housekeeping was provided over the four days we stayed while we should of had it at least once. Derek (front desk manager) tried to rectify our first issue with no housekeeping but then the staff didn’t clean the room the next day either. Had to go back and forth to lobby to get towels, coffee, cups, etc. Fairfield keys were problematic and did not work to access the pool. Couldn’t use the amenity while there because the staff at desk was too busy to leave and open it. When we checked out, the woman at the desk seemed surprised when I relayed we had a poor stay even though I spoke to her the first day regarding the room and she was the one who basically told me they were out of my reserved type and couldn’t do anything about it.

The property was clean and had all the basics. Staff were friendly.

This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that charged paying customers for parking. Parking that honestly wasn’t that convenient. For what the place charged I expected more. We were also asked when we checked in if we wanted house keeping to come & we said yes but they didn’t come even once during our 3 night stay. Another night we requested wash clothes and were told they would be sent up but we never got them. The place got the job done but would not be my first choice if we were to ever go back.

Could use a good cleaning including new bedding and towels. Although smelled clean, many were dingy with stains. Night staff at desk was not friendly and caused issues at checkout including duplicate billing since our rooms were already paid for. Parking was ridiculous related to room and cost.

The front desk personnel went above and beyond.. Booking.com screwed up my reservation and they took care of it and even let me check in early.

Was not happy paying $4.00 for a Diet Pepsi ! But I was thirsty and purchased it anyways 🙄
