It took them 2hr to check me in and it was a outside window and it was very cool outside, I booked a king size bed then they gave me a room with someone already in the room. Then ended up having to sleep in double queen size bed. Horrible experience.

The room was stinking of cigaretts even it was „no-smoking” room, some of the lamps didn’t work, the carpet was sticky with dirt.

I never stayed the night at my hotel. There was cockroaches and the whole room smelled like cat urine. I am very disappointed in how this was handled because I still haven't received a refund or any kind of compensation. All I asked was a full refund due to me having to leave the room at 2:00 AM. I wasn't even in the room 30 minutes.

I didn’t like it the electric power didn’t work ac was down and they have roaches everywhere in the room. absolutely horrible.will not recommend
