Location was great! Breakfast offering was very good!

Our toilet was touchy but seeing my husband is a handyman he was able to get it to work but as the night progressed it just stopped flushing and knew at that time of night would not be able to get it fixed and we were checking out early anyways. That was not enjoyable!

The breakfast was nice, and the room got nice and cold.

The room we reserved was not ready when we checked in so they "upgraded" us. This was just a room with a living area attached. The chair in the living area had crumbs on it. There was a bracelet left on the floor in plain sight, so we are guessing the room was "cleaned" rather quickly. There were no kleenex in the bathroom and the "living" room tv did not work. I had stayed here before and did not have any issues, but will not return after this. Was highly disappointed.

Booked a 4 night stay which cost over 600 dollars, when my travel plans changed last minute and I had to leave 1 day early, I was told I wasn't entitled to a refund for the remaining day

They claimed they were out of breakfast and couldn't put more out and it was only 8:50 am and the hot tub was way way too hot, but that's ok because some lady was getting finger blasted in it so we didn't want to go in anyways in hindsight
