Very clean hotel with excellent location and service 👌

The property was clean and updated. The breakfast was standard, but the attendant was very efficient and sweet.

The coffee maker did not work. The Guide on the TV did not work. Do you know how annoying it is in a hotel for the Guide not to work? I was especially annoyed by the $100 held for amenities. There are no amenities at a HIE! That is the point. I paid $10 more for a Courtyard the night before, and everything worked. Plus they had a bar, a bistro and a heated pool. The HIE had nothing. I’ll pay the extra ten the next time and not have $100 on hold for nothing.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean.

Coffee pot and fridge didn't work. Drain in shower wouldn't stay up while showering.

Great location, lobby well laid out, good room size.

They offered breakfast and the room was spacious and the staff were really nice and cheerful. Check in and out was pretty smooth as well.

The room seemed very cheap. The tv was really old, the air conditioning was really loud, you could also hear when the people above you flushed the toilets you could hear it. I have never experienced that before in a hotel.
