Roaches filthy

No food is being served at this location due to COVID restrictions still in place

Room 261 smelled of some sort of inhaled drug (cocaine or marijuana; not sure which). Main bedroom has 4 lamps but 3 of them didn’t work. Door lock was broken too. Otherwise, the room was clean and receptionist helpful.

The bed is somewhat comfy.

The room stinks very bad, it triggered our allergies and had a bad headache during the night. There was molds in the bathroom and around the room. The toilet has staint, seemed like they havent been brushing it properly, and it has plumming issue, it kept on flushing on its own. The floor carpet was sticky, I had to wear my shoes around. The room was disgusting 🤮. Glad we only stayed there for 1 night.

It is infested with cockroaches and the room that they changed me was wet all over the carpet, it has bad smell is not recommended for no body .

Me and my husband made it to the site. They tried to make us pay extra. I wasn't having it. They also tried to give us a dog smelling, pee smelling, moldy room which I was not having it. I asked for room 109 and that's what I expected. We got in 109. There is mold in the room. Behind the bed was full of dirt and dust. That alone messed with my allergies. Also someone scratched my car. They took no ownership for responsibility. I will have to file to small claims court to handle that. Also because of my allergies I have to add that on top. The person at the desk was horrible. I contacted him initially because the wifi was off. I'm majoring in a masters program so I was trying to get my work I to my professor. He yelled about the wifi being off. I was like..... click and hung up. Other than that, crackhead run freely. So if you smoke or do anything go there. They definitely don't give a fu... and you can chill. I'm not on drugs so it's not for me and mines.

i booked 2 rooms together upon my arrival the rooms was far apart,and the door didnt lock i felt unsafe so i had to change my room and they were still far apart,vending machines had no drinks,my key kept stop working sooo many times.

Room/carpet in room reeks like a wet dirty dog. Black mold in bathroom.

What I didn't like it's that the TV didn't work.

The room was dirty the sheets had stains and it smelled as soon as you walked in. The little bugs in the room was an added bonus.

The price was good. Rooms were large.

Wifi was not working. The windows didn't keep out the highway noise very well. No power plugs on the nightstand to charge phones. Breakfast wasn't well stocked so there was not enough fruit or toast for everyone. The juice dispenser machine was broken so no juice was available. Hard to hear or talk to the people at the front desk because they are behind a really thick plexiglass. While the tiles in the bathroom floor and walls look new, everything else looks old.

Is not about the property, but It would be nice if they didn't stop serving breakfast so early, at 9 am you can no longer help yourself to have some breakfast

nothing, the front desk said he didn’t have any rooms. even though I had a reservation. I was so tired I had to find somewhere else. as I left the property I saw many rooms empty. I will not use booking.com again.
